After an amazing experience at the One of a Kind Christmas Show on the Flavours Demonstration Stage where we told heartwarming stories about the power of cookies to bring families and communities together we decided to pack a small run of boxes full of holiday cheer. Packed in a cute gift box there is a selection of Moroccan coconut snowballs and orange drops, Pakistani cumin cookies, Turkish chickpea flour and cardamon crescents (gluten free), parmesan and herb shortbread and Taiwanese matcha cookies, six varieties in all. A perfect hostess gift. As usual the proceeds from the sales support both the aspiring food entrepreneurs and Newcomer Kitchen NFP social enterprise.
