Newcomer Kitchen Food Business Program Information Form

This form just gives us a bit of background about you so that we can better answer your questions and assess whether this program might meet your needs. There are no 'right' or 'wrong' answers. Once you fill in the form and submit it we will get back to you with an email or phone call to explain the program in more detail and answer your questions! We generally have 3 semesters each year, in the Winter, the Spring and the Fall.  The program takes 14 weeks to complete. Each course has two 3 hours weekly classes online live with an instructor, a few days cooking in our kitchen and one day selling at a market.
